Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $22 to $28 per hour

About the Role

Contemporary Dentistry PLLC is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and confident supporting doctors during patient care.

The Dental Assistant will help prepare treatment rooms, support chairside procedures, take digital X-rays, sterilize instruments, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms before patient appointments.

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures.

Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans as needed.

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.

Review post-treatment instructions with patients.

Keep clinical areas clean, stocked, and organized.

Qualifications

Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Strong communication and patient care skills.

Ability to stay organized in a busy clinical setting.

Positive attitude and willingness to support the full team.

X-ray certification preferred.
