What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit to Contemporary Dentistry focuses on building a foundation for lasting dental care. We take time to understand your dental history, assess your current health, and identify any areas that may need attention.

What you can expect:

  • Full dental exam, including digital X-rays if necessary
  • Routine cleaning to maintain and improve oral health
  • Discussion of your dental goals and any current issues

If follow-up treatment is needed, we offer straight answers and a step-by-step care plan. We’re here to help you feel informed—not overwhelmed.

Comprehensive Dental Services

We provide full-scope dental services in one place. Our team combines experience with modern techniques to deliver care that’s consistent, informed, and centered on your needs. Each service supports long-term oral health and can be tailored to your comfort level, health goals, and existing dental conditions.

You won’t need to navigate referrals or travel all over for different types of care.

General Dentistry

We offer complete preventive care and basic restorative treatments for patients of all ages. Services include dental exams, cleanings, digital X-rays, fluoride treatments, fillings, and sealants. These services are designed to catch problems early, manage tooth decay, and maintain good dental health throughout your life.

Why Are My Teeth Chipping

Emergency Dental Care

Dental emergencies can happen at any time. We reserve space in our daily schedule for same-day visits when urgent care is needed. Common issues include infections, broken crowns, cracked teeth, or sudden oral pain. Timely attention helps prevent complications and provides relief you can count on.

TMJ/TMD Treatment

Jaw pain, frequent headaches, teeth grinding, and popping sounds in the jaw joint are common signs of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD). We offer structured treatment plans based on your symptoms—ranging from oral appliances to at-home strategies. Our goal is to relieve tension and protect the long-term function of your bite without unnecessary intervention.

Dental Implants

Dental implants offer a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth. Designed to mimic the look, feel, and function of natural teeth, implants allow for normal eating and speaking, while helping preserve jawbone health. We perform both implant placement and restoration in our office, so you can expect clear communication and support throughout the entire process.

Sedation Dentistry

If you experience anxiety during dental visits or have had difficulty completing treatment in the past, sedation may help. We offer safe, controlled sedation options to promote calm and make longer procedures more manageable. Whether it’s fear of the dentist or trouble sitting still, we’ll help you stay relaxed and in control of your care.

Invisalign

Invisalign uses clear, custom-made aligners to shift your teeth into place over time. This system is well-suited for adults and teens who want to address bite problems, crooked teeth, or spacing without the appearance or restrictions of braces. Aligners are removable, so most patients can eat and clean their teeth as usual.

Holistic Dentistry

We offer biologic dental care for patients looking to align their oral health with broader wellness goals. This approach uses safe, compatible materials and treatments that avoid unnecessary chemicals or metals. Holistic dentistry can be a good match for those with sensitivities, allergies, or a preference for alternative approaches to health.

Payment Options Designed Around You

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and are happy to handle the claim process for you. For patients without insurance, we offer a straightforward in-house membership plan that covers annual exams, cleanings, and includes discounts on other dental services.

If you need to spread out the cost of treatment, flexible payment plans are available through trusted third-party providers.
